thanks for dropping by at my humble blog. i am an amateur food technician (if there is such a thing). i love to experience with new ways of cooking food and new types of food. my main concern is that it has to bea healthy and low-fat.
anywho, your dishes look uber delicious and i can't wait to try some of them. currently i am rather busy with my hospital postings and will only be back in KL sometime mid april.

I never expect dining experience with no MSG so tastefully done. Hats off to the chef. All my guests enjoyed the buffet which outclass even the hotel buffet.
